High Street Neighborhood Center provides childcare services to low-income families. We strive for diversity of race, religion, and socio-economic status. Our convenient location downtown makes the childcare center extremely accessible for families throughout Kentucky, especially those who may be teaching or studying at the University of Kentucky.

​High Street Neighborhood Center provides full time care for children from 12 months to 4 years in age in a safe and loving environment.
